Imani Hakim (born August 13, 1993) is an American actress, notable for her role as Tonya Rock on the television situation-comedy series Everybody Hates Chris (2005–2009) broadcast on The CW Television Network.
Personal life
She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and lives in Los Angeles, California, with her mother and father.
Career
Hakim was the youngest cast member on Everybody Hates Chris. Before being cast in that series, Hakim had appeared in stage productions of Cinderella, The Hobbit and Who Stole the Baby Jesus.[1]
Following the end of Everybody Hates Chris, she appeared in one episode in late 2009 on Wizards Of Waverly Place aired on the Disney Channel as a jump rope skipper named Connie. Hakim also appeared in the 2010 movie called "One Angry Juror" She was also in a McDonalds commercial.
