Everybody Hates Elections is the third episode of Season 2 of Everybody Hates Chris. It is the 25th episode overall.
Plot
Chris has to prepare a speech as part of his campaign for class president; Mr. Omar the funeral director moves into the rental apartment but winds up increasing Julius's stress.

- When Martin Luther King delivered his famous "I Have A Dream" speech at the March on Washington, he said that he wanted his four children to grow up in a country where they would be "judged not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character."
- Caruso said "Keep hope alive!"
- This is a reference to Jesse Jackson's address to the 1988 Democratic National Convention. Jesse Jackson repeats those same three words at the end of his speech.
