Everybody Hates Earth Day is the 18th episode of the third season and 62nd overall of Everybody Hates Chris. Directed by Jerry Levine and written by Adam Lorenzo, it aired on April 20, 2008.
Plot[]
Chris tries to enlist Julius to help him collect cans for an Earth Day project. Meanwhile, Tonya is reprimanded at school while mimicking her mother, causing Rochelle to try and stop yelling anymore. Before going to school, Chris decides to give Kill Moves $6 as a gift for it being Earth Day, with Moves happily accepting and wishes him a Happy Earth Day. Chris is now in class and Mr Moreno asks him how it went with Chris explaining how well it went well with Mr Moreno being impressed with his work despite her subtle racism comments. Doc is then seen checking out 13 Styrofoam ice chests, 4 cans of aerosol spray paint, one pack of cigarettes, a gallon of whisky and one container of “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Margarine”, with him asking the customer if that would be paper or plastic, The customer turns out to be Kill Moves using the $6 Chris gave him with him replying “Plastic.” The “Everybody Hates Chris” jingle plays over Chris smiling at Greg not knowing that Kill Moves wasted the money with the real Chris Rock narrating wishing a “Happy “Earf” Day!”, ending the episode.
